Bhubaneswar: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Odisha chapter will hold a Property Expo from January 19 to 21 at the Hotel Swosti Premium, said its president DS Tripathy on Saturday.
Tripathy said the expo would provide an opportunity for real home seekers with developers offering housing of various ranges at different locations. It would showcase housings of varied price range and amenities with attractive offers, he informed, adding 40 companies would participate in the three-day event and more than a hundred builders would come with their projects to attract customers of various classes starting from Rs 12 lakh.
Besides the expo, CREDAI would hold seminars on various topics relating to real estate by bringing policymakers and other stakeholders to ensure more clarity and accountability in this sector. “After a few real estate fraud cases, customers are in a confusing state while investing money. But we are always committed to transparency and reliability, for which reason the CREDAI has carved out a special niche for it by creating a new space in the realty sector,” said Tripathy, adding, “If any problem arises for the investors, they can appeal before the CREDAI’s redressal forum.” CREDAI has as many as 12,000 members in 22 leading States of the country, Tripathy added.
